CarDar (Formerly “ParkMark”)

CarDar is an Android application for marking your parking spot, wandering off, and finding your way back again.

Features

  • Alerts you when your parking meter is about to expire.
  • Saves additional information such as parking garage level and color

  • Optionally uses RADAR
  • Manually mark your parking spot if GPS is unavailable.

RADAR is developed by the Apps for Android guys and can be downloaded from the Android Market under Software libraries.

Clicking the Mark your parking spot button takes you to a map display. CarDar will search for your exact location. If it can’t find your exact location within a few seconds, it will prompt you to mark your parking spot manually.
